From Shaun Menary Photography:
This couple are adventurous and intentional, and they wanted to do something memorable and unique. On top of that, they have extraordinary style. I mean…the bride has amazing PINK hair. And the couple both wear gages, so they had some custom gages made specifically for the wedding — the bride’s are floral and lace set in lucite, and the groom’s are a vintage image-inspired cat bride and groom (I don’t know how else to describe them, but they’re amazing, hah!).
They also had some sweet touches, such as the bride wearing the groom’s grandmother’s pearl necklace. There’s a sweet photo of him putting it on her. 🙂 The groom’s father Periscoped the ceremony for everybody watching at home as they got married at sunset on a deck overlooking the ocean. They had a small cake for themselves and their 5 guests, and THEN…….they did a quick change into their swimsuits and jumped off the Rockhouse Hotel’s 25-ft. bridge into the Caribbean waters below for a swim during the day’s last light (AWESOME, HUH??). They said they wanted to “take the plunge” for their first act as a married couple to symbolize the union. It’s probably my favorite thing we’ve every photographed.
What We Love: Brides with PINK hair!
AAAAaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!! It’s so PINK!!!! Love it!!!!
Tips: Don’t dye your hair the day before you elope!
The same hair beauty tips for a wedding apply for an elopement; put some time between your tip to the stylist and walking do the aisle. A week tends to be the golden-standard.
