Tucked away in the Tuscany region of Italy is the enchanted city of Lucca. With it historic city center and it’s alluring streets and buildings, Lucca is the perfect place to go when you want to celebrate being head-over-heels in love.
Andrea and Matthew picked this gorgeous city as the backdrop for their autumn elopement, fur just that reason. With just each other, they exchanged vows in a small ceremony that was as beautiful as the city it was in.
Andrea and Matthew called me just 2 months before the wedding day. I proposed them to elope in Lucca, my beautiful city, small but charming.
I booked for these nice guys a deluxe suite in Villa Michaela, few minutes from Lucca, in the countryside.
They got married in Palazzo Orsetti, the Town Hall of Lucca, in a stunning room call “Sala Verde”.
After the photo session with Cristiano from Facibeni Photography in the city center and in Palazzo Planner, they went back to Villa Michaela for an intimate dinner with a private Chef.
Andrea’s colleagues from Canada asked me to organize something special for the newlywed so I booked for them a typical lunch with a fine Tuscan wine, Tignanello, in a wine shop near Lucca.
I loved this elopement in autumn sunny afternoon.
What We Loved: Loved One Doing “Something Sweet” For The Couple
It was really sweet of Andrea’s colleagues to have “something sweet” put together!
