So here’s the thing; we have a gorgeous bride, a kilt-wearing groom and a treehouse. It’s almost as if Christa and Justin’s elopement was plucked right out of an adventure-fairy tale!
From K Hulett Photography:
Justin and Christa decided to leave their two young boys at home in Camdenton, Missouri, and splurge on hotels, spa treatments, great food, and a wonderful time in Seattle for their wedding elopement. Justin’s distant relative William Wallace (yes, THAT William Wallace!) inspired his wedding day look. His traditional Wallace tartan and accessories were ordered from Scotland. Krista purchased flowers for her bouquet and hairpiece from Pike’s Place Market in colors to match Justin’s kilt. On the wedding day the couple started their day in Seattle where Christa had her hair and makeup done and Justin bought cupcakes and champagne in the city. They drove to Treehouse Point for their intimate river ceremony and two-night stay in their very own designer tree house. After the ceremony they drove to Snoqualmie Falls for photographs. They hired [us] to photograph their wedding day, help zip up Christa’s dress and arrange Justin’s swag, and sign the marriage certificate as witnesses.
What We Love: Everything.
No, seriously. I’ve spent at least two days trying to figure out what part of Christa and Justin’s elopement that I love the most and I couldn’t pick one thing over the other. So here we are, lol.
